Im the organizer for my "Family" for apple, Ive deleted and removed any child accounts but I'm still unable to leave the family sharing, Ive tried already to restart my phone, sign out and sign back in and nothing

Leave or remove a member from a Family Sharing group - Apple Support
Eg: says:
"An organiser can leave a Family Sharing group by turning off Family Sharing. When Family Sharing is turned off, all family members are removed from the family group at once. If there are children aged under 13 years in the family group, the organiser must transfer them to another Family Sharing group. Family members will no longer be able to share access to subscriptions, purchases and other services enabled through Family Sharing."
