can't play movies on iPhone or Mac via Apple Channels Paramount but can play on my TV

I recently subscribed to Apple Channels Paramount +. I can play movies on my TV, but not on my iPhone or MacBook. in some instances I get a notice that the movie cannot be played because of my location.
