Do you have a fix for the sluggish Notes app?
Since iOS 18 the keyboard is slow, when my iPhone 14 is connected to Internet (iCloud sync problem maybe).
iOS 26 doesn't fix anything, it only adds an ugly transparent UI.
Hello. I recommend you to reinstall the Notes app from App Store. This might help with fixing your issue. Also, make sure that your iPhone has enough storage space left both on device and in iCloud. Small amount of storage left on an iCloud-based app can cause issues. If you can't free your iCloud space, I would recommend subscribing to Apple iCloud+ Subscription.

my situation is I have multiple devices shared which may drags performance . Shortcuts using Wait to return can slow down device after some time. Even though my Notes are not media heavy nor that many according to Apple community comments, my workaround is to use Notes on iPhone with downside of sharing takes more effort.

That phone supports connecting to 5G cellular networks, as do all 12-series and later iPhones.
It didn't work. I have enough space on iCloud and on the phone. My notes are just a few MB.
I use Wi-fi with the fastest connection possible.
I type faster than the keyboard on my iPhone because it is so slow.
No problems for me or anyone else that I know.
Why don't you try troubleshooting the problem.
Not the same person. I use mostly Wi-fi.
I have no problem with my Mac. I'm wondering why all these people post these problems on the Mac forums.
It's a software problem, since iOS 18.
