Apple One Family plan sharing problem

I have subscribed to Apple One Family while being a part of the family, not the organizer.

Oddly enough 24h later family members still didn't have access to music and tv.

I tried to resolve it with Apple Support but after 50 minutes call it is still pending.

At some moment I thought may be it is linked to the trial period (even though the Support guy claimed it is not a problem) and canceled the trial period to resubscribe for a full paid plan. Still no access for my family.


I have purchases shared and I clearly see it is being shared with other family members from my phone. At the same time, from my wife's phone I can see only tv and arcade being shared. But when launching the app of tv/music, it requests to subscribe individually.

We are in the same region, and I am 100% positive that the Apple ID is correct for purchases/Apple Store/family settings.

What should I do in this case?
