Weather app puzzle after Tahoe upgrade

Just upgraded to macOS 26.0.1. Location Services is on for the Weather app, my Home is correctly tagged, and I've restarted. The Weather in the menu bar (upper right corner) correctly displays my Home info, but the desktop widget in the upper left corner (the "Liquid Glass" square that resides below the Apple Menu) displays info for the second city in the Weather list, not my Home. Is this by design, or is there a setting that I have to adjust?

Secondary-click (control-click, two finger click) on the widget, select Edit Forecast... Does Location show My Location? You can click that blue text to select from a list.
