Apple Music - Windows, No option to locate missing file

When Apple Music or previously iTunes could not find a file if it had been deleted or renamed the program would just ask you to locate the new file and it would automatically update.

I am no longer getting this option which is annoying because if I change a music file name, I then need to delete it in Apple Music and re add the file, add details and add it to playlists etc again

Is there a way to get this feature back?
