Make iMovie Media events wider to see more of event name

Trying to widen the iMovie media event list on my 16" MacBook and it won't allow resizing. Has anyone found a solution for this? Opened iMovie in fullscreen in MacBook and can see the resizing icon when I hover between events list and thumbnails but even when I grab it, I can't make event list wider.

macOS Tahoe 26.0.1

Hi,

You can widen the libraries list in Project view but not in Media view. The resizing tool appears for me in the Media view, but as in your case it won't work to widen the list. I assume that it is a software glitch that Apple would need to fix.
