airpod pro 3 echoing and left ear going out

Left ear has some sort of echo weird pulsing noise. Then both intermittent glitchy noises. Put them in the case then took them out and same issue. 10 minutes later I tried them again on the same call and no issue. Never happened on my old original AirPod pros. Anyone else.
