I’m trying to add my card as a payment method and it’s saying that it cannot be used in the iTunes Store i have no intentions to go on iTunes I’m trying to buy something on a game can i have some help??

The iTunes Store is the platform used to purchase apps and games from the App Store and in most cases used to process in-app purchases form these Apps and Games.
Unless the game has a separate purchase option like PayPal or even Apple Pay, the payment method you use must be added to your Apple Account and the purchase will be processed by the iTunes Store platform.
