Error "Your Apple Account email address must be verified" on my device

I reset the my account password, and to sign in, it shows 'Your Apple Account email address must be verified before you can sign in. Verify the address below or choose a different address to use as your Apple Account.' But I already reset the password by using this email twice. What is the problem?
