Joined Family Plan with available iCloud+ Storage but still only show 5GB full
My (5GB) iCloud storage was full and could not receive email. I joined our (other apple ID's) Family Plan with plenty of available iCloud+ Storage and still my (5gb) icloud account shows storage (5gb) is full. I can see I am part of the family plan which still has available storage. My Email still not working.
