The microphone on my Apple AirPods is not working

Dear Apple Support,I am experiencing a recurring and disruptive issue with my AirPods 4 ANC while playing PUBG Mobile on my iPad Pro 11″. Whenever I activate the microphone in-game or record a video using the AirPods’ mic, a loud static noise begins to occur. This is often accompanied by a complete drop in game audio and voice chat from other players.Sometimes the noise is captured in the video recording, and other times it only affects the AirPods during live use. I have attempted multiple solutions, including disabling Active Noise Cancellation, updating iOS and the game, adjusting in-game audio settings, and testing the AirPods with other apps—but the issue persists.I kindly request your assistance in diagnosing this problem. Is there a known compatibility issue or recommended configuration to prevent this interference?Device: iPad Pro 11″
