Screen Time requests and approvals aren’t syncing properly between iOS 26 and iOS 18

I have a parent that setup screen time on my phone that has iOS 26 and the parent's phone is on iOS 18. I'm not on the beta version anymore and I see everyone is using iOS 26 (I think that's the problem) I asked my parent for more time they gave me an hour it doesn't go through, then I asked them again they said "I thought I gave you more time" I said "The request probably didn't go through" They gave me an hour again and they wouldn't try to approve on my actual device. They temporarily turned off screen time only for 1 hour and it still doesn't unblock all my apps. Is there an issue I can do to fix this? It also says Screen Time Updated today at [Current time]
