Apple TV 4K (or LG) not allowing subscribed apps to function after new upgrade (LG web is 25). I have upgraded the Apple TV 4K. I have turned off/on Apple TV 4K, the LG tv, and the router. I have replaced the HDMI cable to reflect 2.1. Don’t know what else to do. Help!

Accessing the Apple TV box is different from and independent from accessing the Apple TV app among the smart apps on the TV. Be sure not to equate those. This seems like a TV navigation (change) issue.
As long as you can access external HDMI devices, then the Apple TV box doesn’t rely on LG webOS, and webOS wouldn’t interfere with that. To the Apple TV box (or any HDMI device), the TV is just a ‘dumb’ monitor, bypassing the smart TV platform.
