How can I remove a parent/guardian from family plans?

My 13 year old joined our family plan recently and the family organizer does not want to get all the notifications when my daughter asks for more time on any apps. We have successfully assigned me as her parent/guardian but cannot figure out if there is a way to remove the organizer as parent/guardian. If he has to remain a listed parent/guardian, is there a way to avoid him receiving requests from the minor and just have them come to me?
