Purchasing mp3 files from Apple Store without iTunes or Apple app

How can I buy songs from the Apple Store and just get the mp3 version into my laptop folder and not have to

use itunes or the Apple app? I want to put them onto my mp3 player so I can listen to them while I jog.

How do I get a song (mp3 file) I purchased out of the Apple Music App after I purchased it? Copying it doesn't work. I want to put it in my laptop folder.
