Have you tried on a different network?

Have you tried on a different device?

Have you tried starting in Safe Mode?

There could be numerous elements that are preventing the style sheets and other content from loading. Most common culprits are network extensions or anti-virus tools that try to block 'malicious' content and sometimes get things wrong, but it could also be your network firewall or something else between you and the server (hence the suggestion to check from some other location).

You can be pretty sure this isn't a universal problem since you'd hear a lot more about it for a common site like Bank of America.

If you're brave you can also enable Safari's Developer Menu (Safari -> Settings -> Advanced -> Show features for web developers) which, amongst other things, will let you view the Web Inspector which can list all the resources it's trying to load (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, images, etc.) and any errors that occur. That might shed some additional light on what's going on.

I am on MAC OS Sequoia 15.6.1 and Safari version 18.6. When I go to BankofAmerica.com, the web page isn't formatted. It's a list. And I am unable to login when I click the login button.

MacBook Pro 16" 2019.

I called Bank of America for support but they told me that it's an Apple / Safari problem. Their website is working just fine on other browsers (like Firefox) on the Mac.

Please help. I don't want to switch browsers.
