How can I get a return label for trade-in if it is not under the original label?
I had bought a new device and had requested a trade in. I received the tradein package without a return reciept on the 20th Sept. Since then I am trying to connect with UPS and Apple and no one is able to help. The Trade in Agent is brightstar. I need to send the phone back before the 3rd Oct. I requested the store even they have declined taking it, advised to contact UPS.
