iPhone stuck on loop after removal from Business Manager
Hi all,
We use Apple Business Manager to enroll staff iPhones and then it's sync'd with Intune and I've got one phone that didn't work correctly after a users phone was migrated to it so I've removed it from both the Apple Business Manager and Intune but on the phone the only options I get are to enroll the phone but that comes up with an error "the configuration for your iPhone could not be downloaded, this account is not authorised for this action" or if I choose remove from org and press Erase I then get the same error ? I can't get into the phone at all and these are the only two options. I have rebooted the phone as well and i plugged it into iTunes to reset it but it says i need to turn off "find my" but obviously i can't as i can't get into the phone to do this ?
