Powerbeats Pro 2 causing ear pain – can I exchange for AirPods Pro 3?
Hello, I recently purchased brand new Powerbeats Pro 2 (just one week ago). Unfortunately, whenever I use them, they cause pain in my ears and I am not able to wear them comfortably.
I would like to know if Apple’s return/exchange policy allows me to return these and instead purchase AirPods Pro 3. The product is in excellent condition, with all original packaging and accessories, and I have the purchase receipt.
Please guide me on the correct process:
- Am I eligible for a return/exchange within the 14-day window?
- Do I need to visit an Apple Store or contact Apple Support directly?
- If purchased through an authorized reseller, how should I proceed?
