On my Ipad, I used to copy/paste from Keynote to Goodnotes or to Procreate and vice versa and I can't anymore - clipboard only works from my Mac to iPad but text only ... :( HELP !!
I wish I din't do the update ...

This is a major problem and documented worldwide. Copy paste issues in all apps can manifest. Its a sandbox issue. Web browsing and other apps may freeze, become unresponsive. Do a web search. Its common knowledge. On a positive note apple is finally addressing the sandbox security exploit vendors have used to gleam your data. ! So its a good thing. Reboot helps. Update your apps. Apply apples updates .
I just copied and pasted your message from Safari into
A new note (Notes app)
A new MS Word document
An Email (using the Spark email app)
…with no problems whatsoever, so I can only imagine it’s an issue with the particular apps you mention. Have you tried any others?

Ensure that you have updated your Microsoft Apps. Multiple App updates, with bug fixes, have been released by MS in the last 48hrs.
