Cannot FaceTime one contact from contact card

I am having trouble making a FaceTime call to one contact from the contact card in my contacts.

When I long-press the Video button on the Contact card, the only popup

option I have is WhatsApp

All other contacts can use FaceTime from Contact card that way with no problem.

I can make a FaceTime call to that contact from the FaceTime app.

I have tried all resolution steps like deleting contact, restarting phone, turning FaceTime off/on, etc, etc.

I have checked FaceTime settings on the Contact’s phone (as it’s my daughter’s phone) and all is correct. I can make FaceTime calls from her phone to mine in the normal way.

My phone number is not blocked on her phone, or any restrictions like that.
