Removing ib.adnxs activity from iPhone 11 Safari

I was looking at my screen time on my iphone 11 and found this weird website called ib.adnxs.com. The activity of the website was only on the same as I was using the Youtube app. I read on google that it is some kind of malware virus and was wondering if it is possible to get it off of my phone. I already cleared my Safari cache and I have the IOS26 but I would like to know if there is anything else I can do.

Don't believe everything you read on Google, and
YouTube is one of their many products specifically designed to collect personal information from you so that they deliver targeted advertisements to you and collect money along the way.

"Malware virus" is vague at best. Read What is malware? - Apple Community.

That file assists ad distributors in boring you with adverts. It is likely not the only one on you phone.

Say the last three letters and you have it: “ad in excess.” That and other similar files are hard to avoid due to the internet becoming one giant selling machine.
