Apple Music Alert Issue on Laptop

I've already tried all the recommended steps related to this issue, but the alert still appears.

More importantly, I can use Apple Music without any problem through the web version or the app on my phone. However, when I try to play music using the Apple Music app on my laptop, the alert pops up.

Could you please help me resolve this issue?
