I want to change a playlist on my Windows 11 PC using Apple Music APP without deleting music.

I use Windows 11. iTunes is now non-functional, cant even see music stored on my computer anymore. I want to add some new music to my iphone and the only way I can find to do that is to change a playlist, delete everything on my phone and reload the entire playlist. (this is INSANE, so thanks for that Apple) I once added some music to a playlist and now I want to remove that music from that playlist. Actually is 4 albums by one band. I only seem to be able to remove one song at a time and I get errors when I try that.

Am I meant to delete a playlist and make a new one with 42 albums on it when I want to change a few albums? The only option I see is to delete music files from my library to remove an item from a playlist. I am using ripped CD files, and I am not interested in the iTunes music subscription service. Deleting files would require re-ripping the CD every time. Subscription music only works when one is connected to the internet.

I also use ipods and the problem is the same.
