Since last school year we have been trying to set up our podcast. Each attempt is a new adventure. Over 13 months, and the team at Apple can't figure out their own product. Hahaha, they might need to grab a drink at the "Genius Bar."
I have little to no confidence in this being corrected, as per the over a year ago this was an issue, and it somehow remains intact as a blocker to get a simple task done. All while the client waits, and thinks we just don't know what we are doing. Hard to do our job, when the system is not working, and has nobody supporting it. This is a multi-billion dollar company, ladies and gentlemen, with no support. Can't make this stuff up. The bigger the company, the lower the quality of support, somehow.
What a huge disappointment.
