Inconsistent formatting with Apple Intelligence writing tools in Mail on iOS

I am experiencing a persistent issue with the new Apple Intelligence Writing Tools in Mail on iOS. When I use the “Rewrite” function, the rewritten text is inserted with incorrect formatting. Specifically:

• The font colour changes (not consistent with my original message).

• The text is indented and displayed with a vertical line as if it were a quotation.

This happens regardless of the email account being used (tested on multiple accounts). It appears to be a rendering or formatting bug in Mail when Writing Tools outputs its text.

I have confirmed the following:

• iOS is fully up to date.
• Mail settings are default (no custom formatting profiles).
• Issue is reproducible consistently.

Could you confirm if this is a known bug, and if there are any workarounds until it is addressed? It makes the tool impractical for professional email use, as it alters the appearance of my correspondence.
