Incoming calls not ringing on iPhone 17 with iOS 26

recently I purchased iPhone 17. it has iOS 26 installed. where as I noticed that even I have selected never under Screen unknown callers I am not getting calls from any numbers and they shows as missed calls in my list. basically it just ring on other hand and gets disconnected when someone try to call me

Have you tried to restart the iPhone to see if the issues perist? If this is not working try and force restart it

Press and quickly release the volume up button.
Press and quickly release the volume down button.
Press and hold the side button.
When the Apple logo appears, release the side button.
