Unable to sign in to iTunes on computer for music transfer

Little bit of background, I’d like to take some music from my iPad and put it on my new phone and to do that I have to use iTunes am I correct anyways it won’t let me sign in at all not into any Apple program on my computer or any computer

Original Title: when I tried to sign in to iTunes on my laptop, I keep getting an invalid code even though I
