Re: "Safari won’t open Walmarts website without triggering a capcha that doesn’t work.
Other browsers work fine".
You might want to check with Walmart in your country about which browsers their website caters for.
Not all website developers are able to ensure a website works flawlessly across all browsers, and even website developers who do have the skills still need to be provided with the time and payment to implement the back-end software solutions to ensure a website works well across all browsers.
Many websites specify a few browsers that are preferred in their "Help" or "Support" webpages, and some provide a direct feedback link to the webmaster, who is generally glad to hear of difficulties, broken links, etc.
Most companies are generally very grateful to have feedback about their website provided by their customers.
Some companies settle for just one or two of the most popular browsers used by their customers.

OS 26 updates, if recently installed, may still be still re-indexing and updating quietly in the background, taking up memory and power as they complete the process. Making sure there is adequate memory / storage space, power and allowing adequate time may see things settle down.
