VoiceOver speech persists on Apple TV after tvOS26 update

I have switched off the VOICE OVER on my apple tv gen 2 but still the speech is on, this has happened after i update the new iOS26


Any fix for this????

The VoiceOver function speaks the interface options (menus).


The Audio Descriptions function uses a separate audio track (when available) with additional narration of scene descriptions for video content that supports this.


Be sure not to confuse these two.


Both have a system-wide on-off setting in Settings﹥Accessibility﹥…

Either one or both or none can be configured for the Accessibility Shortcut (triple-click Back or Menu), also through Settings﹥Accessibility﹥…
