Purchased Apple TV movies not playing on PS5 and MacBook Air

Recently, all my purchased movies from the Apple TV App stopped playing. This issue is across various devices, PS5 to MacBook Air. On the PS5 it comes up with the following error messages, 'Content Unavailable' or 'Unable to Connect'. However, on the MacBook Air, when I select play on any of the movies a 'play' window would pop up for a split second and then immediately close. I watched content from my Apple Account on both these devices literally the day before, and the next day it just stopped working.


Both devices and apps are up to date.

I have restarted both devices and apps.

I have signed in and out

I have even reset the TV store cache


Nothing worked.
