Shared password on Apple Passwords dissapeared, any suggestions?

I have been using Apple Passwords since it was introduced, and recently switched all my passwords to it to get away from another password manager. I have several shared groups for passwords. Earlier today, one of the shared passwords no longer showed up. It is not there for me or the other person who uses it as well. It is not there on my iPhone or Mac.

I know the name is correct, as I have the old version of it with the reference to the name of the new password still in my vault. I also searched by username, and it is not there either.

Has anyone run into this before? A password mysteriously disappearing?

This is a commonly used password. It is not in the deleted folder. I used it in the last week. I'm running 15.6.1 on the Mac and 18.7 on the iPhone.
