Your iPhone must use the same iCloud and FaceTime account

Hello, I am trying to use FaceTime to speak with Apple on my MacBook. I do not own an iPhone, and I never have.


I keep getting this error - Your iPhone must use the same iCloud and FaceTime account -


Does anyone know how to get around it? I am using an old MacBook running BigSur 11.
