Assistive touch skip functionality not working in Spotify
When I use AssistiveTouch in Spotify, everything works fine, except Skip and Go Back functionality when I use the clench gesture.

Seems not all websites are set-up with all the accessibility features. Some web-designers are able to integrate these features, while others are not yet familiar enough with them. There are guidelines online that can help them.
You might want to send feedback to Spotify, because this issue is more to do with Spotify's website, and not something Apple's software experts can fix for you. See Spotify's accessibility feedback form webpage.
