adobe elements 2024 bought from App Store - my adobe account does not show this software why?

as above. downloaded elements v.2024 from Apple last summer (2024). Paid Apple the usual way via my apple account. Software is installed but finding a glitch in it, looking on adobe site where I already had an account. adobe has no listing of elements in my account. I need to get this fixed, say I need to reinstall at some point how can I show adobe I have a valid purchase of elements? I found the email from apple July last year showing the payment, it's probably my invoice. anyone suggest how to trace this so adobe hears from Apple that its system sold the software to me?

By your own description, you purchased Elements via the Apple App Store. Adobe would have no record of that purchase. Your license, download & any updates are with Apple, not Adobe. That's how purchases from the App Store work.

You can ask Adobe to provide support directly to you but your App Store purchase will not show up in your Adobe account because it's not considered an Adobe purchase.

If/when you need to reinstall that version of Elements, you would download & reinstall from your account in the App Store.
