Can you please make iCloud reliably fast instead of introducing new emojis?

iCloud performance hasn’t been a widespread topic around here lately, which might mean there is an issue with your network connection including the ISP link, with router, the local Wi-Fi or wired, with what is installed on the Mac, or potentially with the Mac hardware.

Are there performance issues with network connections other than iCloud?

Which macOS version?

Wi-Fi or wired?

Any add-on VPN apps, or add-on security apps, or add-on cleaner apps?

As for new emojis, those are submitted and the approved list is then published by the Unicode emoji committee, and myriad vendors including Apple and Microsoft then get to add those emojis into their configurations. Apple doesn’t create new emojis, they add or change what the Unicode emoji committee approves to stay compliant with the Unicode standard.

I'm looking for an explanation for this too. I pay for storage just so I can't use it when I need it. Photos sync fast, but that's where the magic stops.

For productivity you're forced to use something else like google drive. It seems like Apple is focusing more on photos than productivity and this problem isn't new, it's always been with iCloud Drive. Let's hope Apple fixes this problem, it's been around for too long now
