How can I stop Apple Music from skipping music songs

my Mac m4 air and iPhone 13 (both updated to iOS and Macos tahoe and 26) Apple Music has been playing up, when I press play on my favourites playlist on my Mac it skips through most of the playlist, I noticed that the ones that weren't playing were the ones that weren't downloaded, but it wont let me download the songs and just says error ->on my Mac if I play a song from my playlist or a singers playlist, it wont work it plays then stops and if I press the play button it skips through heaps of songs.

and on my iPhone some music wont play from my playlists and when I try to download them to see if it will work, the songs wont download, I checked to see if its just my wifi, its not. Please someone help me out.
