also i have an accepted refund but i couldn't find the money anywhere, where can i find it?

If Apple approved your refund, then the money will be send back to the same payment method as used for the initial charge. This can take some time, depending on the exact payment method used.

When will I get the money back?

If your refund is approved, the funds are applied to the same payment method that you used to buy the item. Here's how long it takes for a refund to appear on your account or statement:

Store credit — It might take up to 48 hours to see the refund in your Apple Account balance.

Mobile phone billing — It might take up to 60 days for the statement to show the refund. Processing time might be affected by your carrier. You can contact your carrier for an update.

Credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, and all other payment methods — It might take up to 30 days for the statement to show the refund. If you don't see the refund after 30 days, contact your financial institution.

I'm confused, you said you can't ask for a refund, yet you have accepted a refund, but can't find it. I can give you this general guidance.

  • Free Trials can only be used once, so if you previously used a free trial, you will be charged.
  • When you make any purchase in the App Store, you will see the purchase/subscription price. For a free trial, you will also see the trial period and a message that if you do not cancel a day before, you will be charged for the subscription. If you do not see the Free Trial on that authorization screen, do not double click the side button to accept the terms of that subscription.

And for how long it will take to receive a refund, review the information provided in this Support Article:

I have seen that when you have used a 1 month free trial before and then accept the 3 month free trial. As Apple states in the offer, it is for New and qualified returning subscribers only. Since you already got 1 month free you qualify for getting 2 additional months free on that offer and are charged for the first month you have already got for free and it will be renewed in December, where you will not be charged for the next 2 months.

In the terms of the offer, Apple states:

  • Offer cannot be combined with Apple One, or other free trials or offers for Apple TV+.
  • This offer is not available if you or your Family have previously accepted an Apple TV+ three month free offer or one year free offer.

While it says it is not available if you had accepted a 3 month or 1 year trial before, there is no mention of accepting a 1 month free trial before, other that saying they cannot be combined with other offers. It would seem that combining a 1 month trial and 3 month trial would lead to 4 months free and that is what they are saying is not allowed.

I do believe Apple could be more clear, but I believe that is exactly what you are seeing. Of course, for confirmation it would be best to contact Apple directly.

I think I got three months free before at the very beginning and they extended it for everyone. This said “another”. It’s still showing up in settings, nothing there to read the terms though. Have never used arcade or fitness so they don’t say “another”. My credit card is only showing an Apple charge of $1.11 but it could take longer to show up. If they charged me .
