Apple TV Memories and Slideshow Screensaver is Reverting Cropped photos

In the Apple TV Screensaver (Tahoe OS), I am choosing the Slideshow option, and am referencing a shared folder in Photos that contains images that I have edited or cropped. When the screensaver engages, the photos show up in their pre-cropped format, with white spaces or text that I have omitted. The prior OS did not do this. I understand that photos are kept in their unedited formats in the background, in case the user wants to revert them, but applications should read the edited version.
