Brightness greyed out using Tahoe 26.0
I can't adjust my brightness using Tahoe 26.0. It is greyed out. What setting is locking it in place?
MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 26.0

Check System Settings > Displays, make sure it's set to the Apple XDR preset. If it's set to something 'below the line' then the brightness setting is disabled.

This was this issue exactly. I actually found it shortly after posting this. I have been having difficulty recently air playing to my Samsung which I also figured out this morning and I believe it set the display to HDMI on the TV without me knowing it. It is working now. Thank you for the quick replies.
