iPhone 17 pro max. I can’t share my location with anyone and can’t remove anyone either.

I recently upgraded and the data successfully transferred but I can’t remove or add contacts to share my location. Also when I removed the contact the info went away but in the contact editing page I can’t select stop sharing location even though it doesn’t show on the find my app. I tried removing through settings as well and that doesn’t work either.
