iOS 26 and group chats

I recently got an iphone 17 pro and updated to iOS 26, now I can't receive (but can send) text messages to groups with mixed iphone/android users. If I sms each person individually it's fine, but in group chats they can see my texts but I never receive theirs. Anyone else have this issue?
