Safari don't open any WebArchive files

Safari won't open any WebArchive files. When I double-click a file in Finder, Safari opens, the address bar shows the file path and name (as it should), but the page remains blank. Nothing happens.

This problem occurred with a new computer, the old computer didn't have this problem. Both the old and new computers have Tahoe 26.0 operating systems, Safari 26.0. Extensions in Safari are AdBlok and ABP, but they are not the cause of the problem - I turned them off, but nothing changed, WebArchive files still wouldn't open.

MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 26.0

The problem is solved. I disabled all extensions, restarted Safari and tried to open the WebArchive file - it opened. Then I started enabling on the extensions one by one. After each enable, I tried to open WebArchive and it worked every time. Finally, all Extensions were enabled (i.e. the previous situation when WebArchive files did not open was restored), and WebArchive files still opened. Magic.
