Contacts missing, WhatsApp not connecting

I have IPhone 11, in phone app contacts list are not available, the favourites and emergency contacts are not there as well. WhatsApp is not connecting any calls. It’s says “To place calls, WhatsApp needs access to your ¡Phone's microphone. Tap Settings and turn on

Microphone.“ but In settings, Microphone option and Contacts option is not there as well. Privacy and Security in settings the contacts option is blank…
