unable to download approx 13,000 songs in iCloud to iTunes (for Windows 11) "stopped (err = -3253)" & "The network was reset."
iTunes Media folder Downloads folder was deleted
Computer Clock is correct
browser's cache cleared
iTunes Store Cache reset
1 (one) song downloaded, followed by "stopped (err = -3253)" & "The network was reset."

Update:
After iTunes would not play previously downloaded songs, rebooted for the nth time today, re-opened iTunes, and was able to play downloaded music. Once again attempted to download a song from iCloud, and was requested to Authorize this computer. Once again, logged in to Apple account which confirmed this computer was already Authorized and then the song downloaded. Downloading of music is now proceeding.
