Prior to iOS26 all of the rows in my tables in Apple Notes were formatted correctly and neatly. Now, it doesn't matter whether it's an existing table or a new table of data - all of the rows are expanded - and as one scrolls down further into the table, the expansion of the row size becomes even more prevalent. To the point that it's unreadable/unusable. There's no way to correct this either.

I was having the same issue, and was able to fix this by scrolling all the way to the right on my table. Hope this helps!
I'm not seeing the issue on my side. Try to swipe left to see the hidden columns to the right. There might be some data that is taking more than one line.
I'd like that to be the case, but these are very small data values with length being no greater than 3 to 4 digits with no spaces or carriage returns. Even the headers aren't double-words or very long in length.
What does work is sliding quickly to the left, then back to the right, causes the row display to revert back to normal row height; however, this does not stick. Upon closing and reopening the display reverts back to the abnormal height and as one scrolls down that row height doubles, triples, quadruples etc., making it useless to use or read.
Additionally, formatting the text back to center aligned in Tahoe which is what it was prior to the update, this does not completely change the formatting of the entire table in iOS26 when displayed on iPhone 16 Pro. It adjusts the formatting for existing data, but for new data into the existing table, defaults to Left Align.
This is a bug that needs to be fixed. Thanks for the help though!
I have the same problem, but no one added much detail. The cells in my table expand to almost full-screen on my phone. Scrolling to the right doesn't fix it. It appears perfectly on my Mac Studio. Most of the entries are one line without a Return added.
Hi, I am having the same issue. What is the workaround without removing or trying to alter the rows which are impossible, until its been resolved. Do you have a plan to release a fix for this issues. Thank you

I have the same issue since I upgraded my iPhone 13 Pro to the iOS 26 and it makes some of my notes unusable, it is very annoying 😣. Really hope this bug will be fixed soon by Apple.
