CONTACTS issues on MAC Mini w/iOS26

I updated to iOS 26 a few days ago on my M4 Mac Mini and my CONTACTS are acting weird. I went into a contact today in EDIT mode to add some information in the NOTES section. After closing out of EDIT, i reread the Contact info and my edits did not show. If I go back to EDIT mode the changes are there. The edits do show on my new iPhone 17 Pro Max. I also don't like the transparent look of the CONTACTS text. If you go to EDIT mode you see normal black text.
