Apple Music Airplay failure from MacBook Pro to Denon AVR-X4500H

Streaming from a Macbook Pro 14" (M3 Chip Nov 23) to a Denon AVR-X4500H that is Airplay compatible. Have had zero problems until yesterday when the Denon dropped off the Airplay Menu in Music.

It's definitely a Mac issue as I also stream from the Spotify app on my desktop and the Denon shows up as an available source there.

I know Apple & Spotify play games with each other that only affect users, so wondering if this is that or something more serious.

This happened in Sequoia so I updated to Tahoe, same issue. Apple Music only seems to recognize the apple devices I use.

No changes to network or location. No idea how to remedy. The AppleTV in the same location registers fine, but I'm not about to turn the TV on so I can listen to my stereo.
