iPad - drawing lines through words while writing

I am having the same issue with a random line drawing through my words. I read in other forums that it is happening because an electrical current is affecting the Apple Pencil causing this so to stop it unplug your IPad while writing and it stops. So. I did that and sure enough no more issues. I just explained to my husband what I read and plugged my IPad back in and again the line returned so unfortunately I am working with my IPad unplugged.
